Face-to-Face Work, 3D Models, High-Temperature SLS

Since the Coronavirus pandemic has been till continually, my group member and I make a precise timetable in order to completion of the project "Time Cup".

The face to face meeting on April 26th, which brings us to the next big progress of our project. Meanwhile, we complete the research of the specific 3D printing material such as PETG, High-Temperature SLS and Polyamides, contacted some merchants who have adaptive material devices in our primary plan. And we received several samples of our 3D models.

The primary 3D models followed the first design we made before, which used the SLS material for adapting the high-temp and water erosion, used for the hot water test.

[Left One] The High-Temperature SLS is the preferred material, has a compared price(half of the Polyamides) and performance on temperature adaptive(70 degrees Celsius) and water-resistant. Meanwhile, it has a quicker printing speed, saving our seconds in the tensive time.

We also order more components needed further, such as a speaker, an mp3 decode module, multiple necessary cables, two breadboards, two Arduino Nano for the final package and an Arduino Uno for daily coding work.
